As if she needed any cause to be any hotter right now, Nashville sensation Lainey Wilson is getting ready to take her show on the road. Wilson is currently in the lead among the nominations for the Country Music Awards, which will be held on November 8th.
On Friday, the singer, who is 31 years old, made the announcement that she will introduce her Country’s Cool Again Tour in 2024. The tour will begin with a performance at the Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville on May 31.
There will be a performance at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on June 26 as part of the highly anticipated tour for the “Yellowstone” artist.
In an interview with The Post, Wilson stated, “There is nothing that gets me more excited than putting on a show and singing along with the crowd.”
“I would want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of the fans who have consistently shown up and shown out throughout this year. During the Country’s Cool Again Tour, we can’t wait to finally see you in person around the country!
Wilson, who is now riding high on the country charts with her most recent single, “Watermelon Moonshine,” is on a roll as a result of her prior singles, which include “Things a Man Oughta Know,” “Never Say Never” (accompanied by Cole Swindell), “Heart Like a Truck,” and “Wait in the Truck” (accompanied by Hardy).
Additionally, the former Hannah Montana imposter, who is currently competing for the award of performer of the year at the Country Music Awards, where she will be competing against Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, and Chris Stapleton, is prepared to bring her own show to the audience in the year 2024.
A. Wilson, Lainey
There are nine nominations for Lainey Wilson, who is a country music sensation, at the Country Music Association Awards, which will take place on November 8.
Magic of Film
Wilson continued by saying, “It’s a big jump from where we were at the top of this year playing clubs from where we are now.” Being able to take a step back and contemplate the progression of what has taken place is a truly mind-boggling experience.
During a recent performance, Wilson was referred to as a “hummingbird” by Mary Davis, who is married to Randy Travis.
“I was playing Billy Bob’s Texas [in Fort Worth, Texas], and when it was over, she came up to me and said, ‘I’m going to start calling you hummingbird because you look like a little hummingbird running around that stage,'” she said. “I was playing Billy Bob’s Texas.”
“I absolutely get my energy from the excitement that people have in the crowd. To put it another way, it’s kind of like an interchange of energy for me, you know? If they are going to give it to me, I will give it back to them immediately. “And I just kind of leave it all out there on the stage, including everything that is good, everything that is bad, that is ugly.”
Since she attended her first concert as a child in Baskin, Louisiana, Wilson has obviously gone a long way considering how far she has come.

That would be Tim McGraw… I believe I was between the ages of three and four,” Wilson added.
“Tim McGraw was actually born and raised in the neighborhood that I grew up in. For some reason, I have always considered him to be a hero of my hometown. It’s possible that I could do it as well, given that he did it.
