BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA (AP) — Olivia Dunne, commonly known as Livvy to her fans, and her MLB boyfriend Paul Skenes have openly shared their love moments in images since announcing their relationship.Aside from their increasing passion, fans are drawn to the couple’s considerable height disparity.The Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher revealed his relationship with Dunne in an August 2023 interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Olivia Dunne, a TikTok star who has been making waves in the world of gymnastics for a long time, stands 5 feet 6 inches (1.67m/167cm), whereas MLB No. 1 draft pick, Skenes stands 6 feet and 6 inches (1.9 m/198.1 cm), making Dunne 12 inches shorter than Skenes.Dunne mentioned on her website that she was only interested in gymnastics to wear a dazzling pink leotard.She finally fell in love with gymnastics and, at the age of eleven, became the country’s youngest Junior International Elite qualifier.Skenes, on the other hand, signed a historic Major League Baseball contract with the Pirates in July 2023.With his $9.2 million signing bonus, he beat the previous record of $8.4 million set by Spencer Torkelson, who signed with the Detroit Tigers in 2020.
