Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2 Episode Count Increase Revealed In New Update

Following initial claims of a six-episode finale, the episode count for Yellowstone season 5, part 2 has been increased. 

The drama follows a single family's struggle to keep control of Montana's largest ranching enterprise. Kevin Costner, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, and Luke Grimes star in the film, which also features a large ensemble cast. 

The sitcom will finish in the second half of season 5, although it will be followed by several spinoffs.

Ian Bohen, who plays Ryan, recently stated that Yellowstone season 5, part 2 will only have six episodes, but things have evolved dramatically since then.

Josh Lucas (who plays young John Dutton) revealed during an interview with Deadline that season 5, part 2 will be enlarged. 

Lucas stated during the interview, "I think we're going to do 10 or more episodes."

The final episode of Yellowstone season 5, part 1 aired on January 1, 2023, but the production of part 2 has been delayed. The ending has been continually delayed, owing in part to the 2023

WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, as well as Kevin Costner's schedule conflicts. Season 5 was not intended to be the show's final season, but scheduling conflicts eventually prompted Paramount and Taylor Sheridan to decide to stop the famous Western.
