The Creative Arts Emmy Award winners include Barack Obama, John Mulaney, and Carol Burnett.

California (AP)—Los Angeles The Creative Arts Emmy Awards on Sunday night awarded John Mulaney his third Emmy.

Carol Burnett won her sixth, and Barack Obama got his second.

Obama repeated in a category where he was previously honored for narrating a Netflix series on national parks when he received the Emmy for outstanding

narrator for his Netflix documentary series, "Working: What We Do All Day." In addition,

he earned two Grammy Awards for his narration on the audio versions of his two memoirs.

The former president, who was not present at the ceremony held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles,

defeated fellow nominees Pedro Pascal, Mahershala Ali, Morgan Freeman, and Angela Bassett in what was by far the most star-studded category at the Creative Arts Emmys. The Creative Arts Emmys are a two-night

award show marathon that primarily honors less well-known television artists, crew members, and craftspeople.
