Taylor Swift sets history by having five top-ten albums on the Billboard 200.

Taylor Swift dominates the top ten on the Billboard 200 albums chart (dated December 9), with a whopping five titles.

She is the first living artist to have five albums in the top ten at the same time since the Billboard 200 was consolidated from its previously separate mono and stereo album charts into a single all-encompassing list in August 1963.

Swift's most recent album, 1989 (Taylor's Version) (returning to the top, rising 2-1), and four prior chart-toppers: Midnights (6-3), Folklore (9-5), Lover (8-6) and Speak Now (Taylor's Version) (17-10), are all in the top 10.

The following releases were made available: Speak Now (Taylor's Version) in July 2023; 1989 (Taylor's Version) in October; Midnights in 2022; Folklore in 2020; and Lover in 2019.

Following his passing on May 14, 2016, Prince was the only other act to occupy five of the top 10 spots at the same time.

He had The Very Best of Prince (dropping 1-2), The Hits/The B-Sides (6-4), Ultimate (61-6), 1999 (31-7), and the Purple Rain soundtrack (with The Revolution, 2-3) in the top 10.

The most popular albums of the week in the United States are listed on the Billboard 200 chart, which is compiled by Luminate and based on multi-metric consumption expressed in equivalent album units. Track equivalent albums (TEA), album sales,

and streaming equivalent albums (SEA) are all included in units. One album sale, ten single album tracks sold, 3,750 ad-supported, or 1,250 paid/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams produced by album tracks are all equivalent to one unit.
