Prince Harry's upcoming return visit to the United Kingdom has been confirmed.

The Duke of Sussex will shortly return to the UK for a ceremony commemorating the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games.

The Invictus Games debuted in London in 2014, organized by Prince Harry as a sporting event for injured and sick military personnel and veterans.

On Wednesday, May 8, Harry will attend a thanksgiving service at London's St Paul's Cathedral and is scheduled to read.

Since 2020, he has resided in the United States with his wife, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and their two children, Archie and Lilibet.

Harry's arrival in the UK will be his first since seeing his father in February, when King Charles' cancer diagnosis was publicized.

Buckingham Palace confirmed earlier this week that King Charles will resume public royal responsibilities next week, following a successful cancer treatment.

The prince's return for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games marks his first significant event in Britain in quite some time.

It is unclear whether additional members of the Royal Family will attend the service, or if the Duchess of Sussex and their children will accompany him.
