Patricia Arquette, star of 'Lost Highway, remembers filming a 'terrifying' naked scene as staff muttered 'crude things'.

Patricia Arquette discussed filming the naked scene in "Lost Highway" in a recent interview.

The 55-year-old actress discussed her concerns during an appearance at the Series Mania Festival in France on Thursday.

"I was so extremely modest—I would take a bath in the dark," Arquette said, according to Variety.

"The scene when my character had to strip was terrifying to me."

After Arquette indicated her unease, "Lost Highway" director David Lynch appears to have stepped in.

"Some of the guys were saying crude things and I told David: 'I am not comfortable,'" she said. "'They are saying gross things.'"

"He says, 'Read the script. Wait, who said that? When I returned, all these men were gazing at their feet, apologising," Arquette said.

"It was supposed to be a closed set," she said. "I said, 'If I take off this robe and look at you and realise you don't need to be there, I'm going to punch you in the face.'"
