Netflix To Stream Starz Series ‘Black Sails’ in April 2024

With the announcement that Netflix will begin airing multiple seasons of the Starz Original series Black Sails on January 1st, 2024, the streaming service got off to a great start in 2024.

But it didn't come with our expectation that the series would debut later in 2024. It is now official that Netflix will release all four seasons of the show in April 2024.

Black Sails is a historical drama television series from executive producer Michael Bay.

It is a prequel to the well-loved 1883 novel Treasure Island, taking place 20 years before. From 2014 to 2017, it aired as an Original series on Starz for four seasons and 38 episodes.

Throughout its tenure, the series won three Primetime Emmys and is still well regarded by viewers; it now has an amazing 8.2 rating on IMDb.

If you haven't seen it, think of The Last Kingdom's historical drama and combat mixed with One Piece's slavish ships and settings.

Toby Stephens, Hannah New, Luke Arnold, Jessica Parker Kennedy, Tom Hopper, Toby Schmitz, and numerous others were part of the show's large ensemble cast.

Lamar Jackson, the quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, is not under contract, and there is a growing chance that he won't be with the team in 2023.
