Man wears Spider-Man costume to play Tabla, makes internet laugh

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse features a multitude of Spider-Man variations. 

In the film, Spider-Punk showcases guitar skills, while an unrelated Spider-Man character gains popularity for playing tabla. 

Kiran Pal, a professional tabla player, shared a video of himself dressed as Spider-Man and playing tabla. 

Since its release, the video has amassed nearly 100k likes. 

In the video, Pal performs Tirkit Kaidha in Teentaal on tabla, embodying a new and unexpected facet of the well-known superhero. 

Commenters on the post affectionately refer to Pal as "Ustad Peter Hussain" and humorously connect him to the Marvel universe. 

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse premiered in theaters on June 1. 

The movie marks the cinematic debut of Pavitr Prabhakar, the desi Spider-Man, voiced by Karan Soni in English and dubbed by rising cricketer Shubhman Gill in Hindi. 

The star-studded voice cast includes Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Oscar Isaac, and Jake Johnson, among others.
