Kevin Costner's ex-wife won't leave their home after divorce.

Kevin Costner reportedly petitioned a judge to help him evict Christine Baumgartner from their joint home during their divorce.

The Yellowstone star told TMZ that the former model is refusing to leave their residence, despite their prenup giving her 30 days to go after filing for divorce on May 1.

According to the site, Costner, 68, claimed Baumgartner is using her position to pressure the Bodyguard actor to meet her “various financial demands.”

Costner reportedly gave Baumgartner, 49, over $US1.2 million for his prenuptial commitments, enough to go on.

According to TMZ, Costner stated in court documents that he would “contribute as part of his child support obligations $US30K per month for a rental house and is willing to advance another $US10K for her moving costs.”
