Ja Morant Sends Strong Message After Warriors vs. Grizzlie

The Memphis Grizzlies lost to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night, but rookie forward GG Jackson delivered another standout effort. Jackson finished with a career-high 35 points,

, five rebounds, and seven three-pointers, reminding the NBA world that he has a bright future in the league.

Following Jackson's performance, his colleague Ja Morant posted a powerful message on X (previously known as Twitter):

This seems to be a reminder to the rest of the league that Jackson will not only continue to improve, but he will also be surrounded by far more talent next season than he had this season.

While the Grizzlies have begun to recover from injuries, Morant will miss the remainder of the season but should be ready to start next year.

With a complete year of NBA experience under his belt and an entire offseason to improve his game, Jackson should be even better next season

than he is now. Having a player like Morant next to him will only improve the quality of looks he receives, which should enhance his play even further.

This has been a terrible year for the Grizzlies, but they should be a formidable opponent next season.
