Cheesecake made with peach cobbler

In this peach cobbler cheesecake, a traditional cheesecake is combined with the flavor of a peach cobbler, which is characterized by a topping that is crisp and cinnamon-flavored, and fresh fruit.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 5 teaspoons melted unsalted butter Two teaspoons granulated sugar 1/4 tsp salt

Crust – 

Two 8-ounce 1/3-fat softened cream cheeses 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 big eggs 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour

Cheesecake Filling – 

1/4 tsp salt Peach preserves, 3 tablespoons Two teaspoons vanilla 1-1/2 cups chopped peeled peaches

¼ cup softened unsalted butter 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon


1/8 tsp salt Two tablespoons water Warm peach preserves and sliced peaches for garnish
