Beyoncé receives an innovator award in recognition of her influence on popular culture.

Next month, Beyoncé will receive the iHeartRadio Innovator Award.

The 42-year-old pop sensation will get her award in appreciation for "influencing pop culture" and taking "creative risks" with her work.

In a press release, iHeartMedia and FOX Entertainment "Throughout the years, the global cultural icon has created music that has topped the charts across multiple formats

while also architecting groundbreaking tours, including last year's RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR - the highest-grossing tour in history for both a R B artist and a Black female artist.

"The single "TEXAS HOLD 'EM," which she released recently and is set to release on March 29 as part of her upcoming album COWBOY CARTER

is the first in music history to concurrently chart in US Pop, Hot AC, AC, Country, Rhythmic, Hip Hop, R B, and Triple A radio formats."

The award recognizes not only her career in music but also her "passion towards philanthropy" via the BeyGOOD Foundation.

Ludacris will host the ceremony, which will take place on April 1 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. 

"I'm excited to host the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards and share the stage with some of the best in music," he said in a statement.

"It will be an amazing night celebrating fan-favorite artists with special performances that fans won't want to miss."
