Even though the holidays are passed, Starbucks is offering its patrons a ton of new reasons to rejoice in the midst of the post-holiday blues.
On January 3, the coffee chain’s winter menu for 2024 goes on sale in outlets. Customers may now choose from a variety of delicious new food and drink options thanks to this.
To begin with, Starbucks revived two of its most popular drinks: the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, which was first available on menus as a limited-time offering in 2023, and the beloved Pistachio Latte, which made its debut in 2021.
For coffee enthusiasts, there’s also an entirely new drink to enjoy: Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Starbucks Blonde Espresso is used to make the beverage; it is shaken, sweetened with hazelnut syrup, and finished with oat milk.
“Hazelnut is a typical coffeehouse flavor; Starbucks Blonde Espresso’s candied apple and bittersweet chocolate overtones wonderfully balance its smooth, nutty taste. The Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is enhanced by the rich and creamy texture of the oat milk, according to a statement from Starbucks beverage developer Billy Altieri.
New Potato, Cheddar, and Chive Bakes are being added to the winter menu. The vegetarian dish, which takes its cue from a traditional breakfast casserole, is made with diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, spinach, and a dash of chives, all of which are cooked until golden brown.
Starbucks has introduced a new limited-edition Vanilla Bean Custard Danish, which is prepared with sugared Danish bread and vanilla bean custard, for customers who have a sweet craving. As long as supplies continue, this item will only be available.
The last item on Starbucks’ menu is the Chicken, Maple Butter & Egg Sandwich, which debuted recently. Originally introduced in June 2022, this returning option is now permanently added to the menu. On a toasted oat-biscuit roll, it has a spread of maple butter, breaded white flesh chicken, and fluffy eggs.
It’s not just the winter menu debut that’s great Starbucks news today. The brand is launching a new line of winter drinkware with festive motifs and deep metallic hues. In addition, locations will once again carry the well-liked Starbucks Tribute Blend whole bean coffee. Additionally, two special-edition Starbucks stores and Starbucks Reserve locations will sell limited quantities of Starbucks Reserve Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Farm and Starbucks Reserve Guatemala Huehuetenango, two seasonal blends.
Lastly, Starbucks is extending a benefit that was previously exclusive to a select group of patrons. Since the 1980s, the business has permitted customers to order beverages inside of its locations using their own cups. However, as of right moment, patrons who order via the Starbucks app or the drive-through can also opt to use their own cups. A 10-cent drink discount and 25 stars towards a rewards account are offered to those who bring their own cup.
