It was just recently discovered that King Charles III has cancer, and he is currently receiving treatment for it. During the time that the King is putting his health first, his eldest son, Prince William, is increasing the amount of royal responsibilities he is responsible for because he is the next in line for the throne.

It was reported on Monday by Buckingham Palace that Prince Charles, who is 75 years old, has been diagnosed with a type of cancer. The palace did not disclose the type of cancer that the British monarch is suffering from, but they did highlight that it is not connected to the therapy that he recently received for a benign prostate problem.The following day, Prince Harry traveled in the United Kingdom to meet the king for a brief visit at his residence in London, which is known as Clarence House. He had learned about his father’s illness at the previous day. After only one day, the Duke of Sussex departed from the United Kingdom.According to reports, the previously alienated prince was not permitted to remain at any of the royal residences, and he did not have the opportunity to meet up with his brother, Prince William.In the first coronation to take place in the United Kingdom in seventy years, which took place on May 6, 2023, King Charles, who is the eldest son of the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, was crowned.

After his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, passed away on September 8, 2022, Charles immediately ascended to the throne and became the next monarch. During a ceremony that took place at St. James’ Palace in London, which was broadcast on television for the very first time in the history of the world, he was officially declared monarch by the Accession Council two days later.

On the same day, Prince William resumed his royal duties by attending his first engagement since his wife, Princess Catherine (Kate Middleton), was admitted to the hospital for stomach surgery. The Princess of Wales is currently recuperating from a disease that has not been disclosed, and it is anticipated that she will resume her royal duties after Easter, which will take place in late March.

As the heir apparent to the British throne, the Prince of Wales is currently the focus of everyone’s attention because he is a supporter of the monarchy.

The third child for Prince William and Princess Kate is a boy called Louis Arthur. He was born on April 23, 2018. The child is fifth in line to the throne.

He was named for King Charles III, William’s grandpa, and Louis Mountbatten, the Duke’s teacher who died in 1979 in a bomb attack.

5. The Prince of Wales, Harry
The fifth person in line to the throne is Prince Harry. He is the younger son of King Charles and Princess Diana, who died in 1997.
